Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zayin Audio.

We ship worldwide
To estimate shipping costs, simply add the items to your cart and select your country at checkout. Our delivery charges are based on the rates from Fedex and EMS service. Prices are calculated according to the size, weight, and destination.

Most orders are processed within 7-14 business days after purchase.

It could be that due to higher demand shipments can be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Zayin Audio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during- or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). Please see your local authorities for more information.

Zayin Audio is not responsible for the consequences if the customer provides the wrong shipping address, followed by a lost shipment.

When you confirmed that you gave the right address but didn’t receive your order when expected, please check the tracking number. If you didn’t receive your order, even though the shipping carrier claimed it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you received a damaged order or item, please contact us as soon as possible. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods and make pictures of the damage.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days after the purchase date.


  • The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Returning is only possible with the original receipt or another proof of purchase.

  • Items bought on sale are excluded from refunding.

The only way to claim an exchange is when you received an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact us as soon as you notice any damages or defects. 

Only items that have been purchased directly from the Zayin Audio Web Store can be returned to Apogee. Zayin Audio products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Always make sure to contact us before returning any items. Once you can send items back, please contact us for the shipping details.

We will send you an email once we received your returned items. After inspection, we will email you whenever or not you will receive a refund. The refund will be deposited on the bank account following the card number used during your purchase. Please notice that this could take up a couple of days.
